June in Review

On June 9 we visited our baby doctor, He said everything was looking good. Evelyn weighed in at 3 lbs 11 oz. I imagine she is over 4 lbs now. She has been very active. She kept me awake for two nights in a row with what I'm calling a dance party. Maybe more like jumping around in one of those inflatable jumping gyms. That is what it feels like. I am glad to feel her, I would probably panic if she quit moving for a while.

Birthing class is going pretty good. I think we are not learning very much, but it is opening both Ben and my own eyes to the reality that she will be coming soon, and she will not arrive via a stork and some happy balloons.

The picture is not as exciting as the last because it's harder to see her cute face. It is a profile view; her nose is pointing up with her foot located not far above. Her heart beat was at 150 beats per minute. They wouldn't allow us to video the sonogram.











We went to a Ryan Bingam concert two weeks ago. We really enjoyed our evening at the casino river dome. Evelyn was rocking out to the beat too. We also celebrated our friend Kelly's 30th birthday at our house with a BBQ.  Here are some pictures of us before the concert,  Ryan Bingam and band, and Birthday party.

My Dad has come to help us remodel our garage/shop. I will post pictures of that as it progresses. :) We are really looking forward to having it finished.

I have a baby shower in San Antonio next weekend the 25th of June. I am REALLY REALLY looking forward to this. I think there will be a lot of family and friends there. A big thank you in advance to Kendall, Aunt Sandy and Sister Kailey for putting it together. I'll post this event in its' own blog update.
