We are thrilled and to be honest pretty shocked by the though of the new one joining our family. I know it will be a blessing and I can't wait to meet my sweet baby. I can already feel *him moving around.
*our Dr. seems to believe it is a boy however I am not yet convinced.
I had no idea I was pregnant even though Ben and I had already begun talking about and planing to expand our family sooner then later. I had been feeling "sick" for about a week when I took my first pregnancy test in early May. The results were inconclusive/negative. After a few more weeks of not feeling 100%, I took another test only to find it reveal positive within seconds. I rushed Monday morning to my new OB Dr. Mario Gross and was given a blood test to determine pregnant or not. They revealed to me that I was indeed 4-6 weeks pregnant. When I was finally able to get into see him for my first prenatal exam the ultrasound revealed a much larger baby then I remembered Evelyn being at that early. The doctor then informed us that we were indeed not 8 but 12 weeks along in our journey. WOW, Second trimester before I could even wrap my head around this. He then also informed us he believed it to be a boy. :) I truly think that would be fantastic, but I know it is early for that kind of an announcement. I'm going to hold my breath until our 20 week ultrasound. So this is our story. We have broken the news to little miss Evelyn, but she seems unconcerned.
